EDI's service department provides quality on-site staff training, inspections, start-up services and troubleshooting. 

We know service.

In addition to the highest quality products, EDI is pleased to offer superior customer & field services. EDI is able to provide these services directly from the EDI Headquarters in Columbia, Missouri, as well as maintaining localized field service offices worldwide.

In order to allow reasonable scheduling and to ensure an EDI representative is available,
at least three weeks’ notice is needed when requesting service.

6-15-2020 Service Update:

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, EDI Service department is continuing to restrict travel for our employees.  Projects requiring  air travel will be offered virtual inspection services to assist with commissioning.  Projects within driving distance of EDI headquarters in Columbia, MO will be evaluated per the CDC in that area to determine safety. Please allow three weeks’ notice for scheduling purposes.
